Creating a learning experience using organizational staff and structure

The intention and purpose of Circuit Training for Leaders is to further develop the knowledge and understanding of leadership staff throughout the organization. When internal staff members facilitate these learning experiences, they are able to introduce employees to the key focus areas in the organizational work environment that are being addressed and explored.
