George Suess has over 30 years of experience in human services and education. He has been employed by the Delaware County ARC in the Catskill Mountain Region of New York State for 23 years and has served as executive director for the past 16 years. He is the author, along with many other staff members at Delaware County ARC, of Shift Happens: Making the Shift to Proactive Behavior Management.
